Master Planning

Mr. Ricci has prepared numerous master plans and is particularly qualified to prepare master plans in suburban, rural and urban settings. Successful master planning requires comprehensive knowledge of land use, housing, community facilities, circulation, redevelopment, economic development, historic preservation, sustainability and recreation and open space.
